Our team repairs household appliances of all brands and types. This includes appliances such as dishwashers, extractor hoods, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens and cookers.
We offer an express repair for urgent cases. If you contact us before 12 noon, we are usually on site the same day and provide you with a loan appliance if required until your appliance is repaired or replaced.
No. We do not repair catering or industrial appliances. We only repair appliances for use in private households.
We also do not repair food center refrigerators, wine refrigerators, or industrial washing machines.

With the Swisstech repair guarantee, we guarantee that the repair to your household appliance will be carried out properly and correctly. Guarantee period: The guarantee begins on the date of completion of the repair and extends over a period of 12 months.
Yes, we offer an installation service for appliances that you have purchased yourself.
Our technicians operate in the following cantons: ZH, AG, SZ, ZG, SO, GL, GR, and Vaduz.
With the Swisstech repair guarantee, we guarantee that the repair to your household appliance will be carried out properly and correctly.
Legal rights: This guarantee does not restrict the legal rights of the consumer.
Guarantee period: The guarantee begins on the date of completion of the repair and extends over a period of 12 months.
Covered services: Should a repair carried out by us not have the desired success due to faulty workmanship or the failure of an installed spare part, we will carry out a free repair.
Scope: The guarantee applies exclusively to those parts and work performed by our authorized technicians during the original repair and excludes consequential damage.
Exceptions: Excluded from this guarantee are faults and defects on the appliance that are not related to the repair carried out.
Claiming the guarantee: In order to claim the guarantee services, the original repair receipt must be presented. Please contact our customer service to discuss the next steps.
Validity: This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the repair service.
